My Blog is a year old as of the 4th of this month. I blogged on that day and didn't even notice
So Hooray for actually sticking with this for a year!
Like I said I was getting brave and starting my Etsy sellers account. My reality is I just don't have the time right now. Not that I'm chickening out, it will just be my project for the new year.
So instead I will be doing my first giveaway.
The giveaway is for this set of 5 Christmas cards.
To enter leave me a comment, lets say you tell me your favorite thing about Christmas or your best Christmas memory.
This will be open until Tuesday December 14th because I like even numbers and I will pick the winner sometime that day.
I have a Christmas memory that seems to make everyone smile. I need you to close your eyes and picture me....I'm four, and almost unbearably cute...also a smidge on the hyper side. You also need to picture our apartment, and the glass door that leads to the balcony from our living room. My father is in his recliner when suddenly he hears bells!!! He thinks Santa may be flying over as we speak! I jumped up, and as quick as my four year old legs could carry me I ran towards the balcony leaping right into the glass door and bouncing backwards onto my back. When I came to I couldn't believe I had missed Santa. It would be awesome to win, I love all the stuff you make. :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about Christmas is that it brings my family together all under one roof!!
ReplyDeleteHmmm, favorite Christmas memory, that's hardly fair everything before the age of thirteen is hazy because of that car accident and the magic is pretty close to gone after the age of thirteen. I do remember and love watching key black and white movies at Christmas time. I also fondly remember being in Idaho for Christmas in the snow and what not, dragging a pine tree to our second floor apt and dragging it back down leaving a trail of pine needles that is probably there to this day. (that was when I decided a fake tree is acceptable under the right circumstances)
ReplyDeleteI love all the creativity the Christmas season brings. Lights & decorations in more combinations than you can imagine. I take several nightime rides each year to enjoy everyone's decorated houses & lawns. Merry Christmas. (Oh yes, Linda at Stray Stitches sent me your way)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of Christmas is seeing my Children dying to know what is in all of the packages!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite things about Christmas is singing Christmas Carols. Great giveaway. Thanks for the chance to win. BTW - Stray Stitches sent me.
ReplyDeleteOn Christmas Eve, I inevitably wake up some time in the night. I quietly go out and plug in the tree lights for just a minute. It feels magical, and still, even at 30, I half expect to hear reindeer on the roof...
ReplyDeleteI came over from Stray Stitches. Beautiful cards - thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI was sent here by Stray Stitches - cute cards! My favorite part of Christmas is opening stockings!

My favorite color is purple, too! :) It's not a popular color around Christmas time though! I found you via Stray Stitches and would love to enter for your beautiful cards! Oooh, I hope I win! Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of Christmas is family being together, and I absolutely love it when it snows on Christmas Day and we're inside by the fire playing a new game we just opened. :)
Besides family my son and I can't wait for chocolate pies and peanut butter candy. Yes we are the food addicts in our family.....grin.

One of my favorite parts of Christmas is having my family all here and choosing just the perfect gift for each of them!
ReplyDeleteI think that my favorite part of Christmas is finding or making the perfect gift for somebody. :)
ReplyDeleteYour cards are very cute. My favourite thing about Christmas is sitting around a dark living room late at night or early morning with a beautiful tree lit with lights and sparkly with decorations. It seems to make everyone calm and happy.
ReplyDeletehello!
ReplyDeleteChristmas - Family. Christmas with the family. The family means a lot to me.

Spending time with the family at home and the family that lives far away is the best part of Christmas.
